great service but tight check-in
The front desk staff was exceptional, particularly James, who went beyond to accommodate our needs. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a family stay, making our visit enjoyable.
The check-in procedure felt rushed, which could be improved for a better experience.

Our stay was fantastic! The kitchen in the suite made it easy to prepare meals for our family, especially with two girls who have picky tastes. We loved having a cozy living area to relax after a busy day and the staff was super friendly.
In my kids’ opinion, having more kid-friendly dining options would be great.

Highly recommend for families 🌟
We had an amazing experience! ! The staff went out of their way to ensure our needs were met with our small cat. They even offered us free pizza on Tuesday night, which was a nice surprise!
Not exactly a bargain, but still acceptable. 🤷♂️

would stay here again
The studio suite was super comfy, with two queen beds and a full kitchenette. There was a microwave, refrigerator, and even a toaster. The place was quiet, which made for a good night’s sleep. Staff were really friendly and checked in via text to make sure everything was good. Plus, the laundry facilities were a big help.

missingWrote a review on Jun 17parking fees
Encountered issues with room bookings. I was initially directed to an offsite courtyard building, which lacked security and felt more like a motel. Parking fees were steep at $50, which might be an inconvenience for those on a budget. Additionally, the complimentary coffee left much to be desired, so be prepared to seek an alternative nearby.

Friendly and attentive staff made a great impression during our stay. The room was clean and equipped with a full-size fridge and microwave, ideal for a longer visit. However, the lack of breakfast options was a downside, and while the amenities were satisfactory, the overall atmosphere was a bit plain. Still, the comfortable beds contributed positively to our experience.
